Our Bottled in Bond Bourbon is the culmination of many years spent making whiskey from scratch with Georgia-grown grains. Distilled, aged and bottled at our Chamblee distillery, this oldest bourbon reflects our commitment to creating a homegrown spirit that represents Georgia.
In classic Bottled in Bond fashion, aged four years and bottled at 100 proof, this bourbon is made from a mash bill of 67% non-GMO white corn, 21% Abruzzi rye and 12% malted barley. It is offered in a 700 mL bottle with a suggested retail price of $45.

“This is the culmination of everything we’ve been working toward,” said Seth Watson, founder of Distillery of Modern Art. “From the beginning, we chose to make our spirits from scratch, using Georgia-grown grains and doing the distilling, aging and bottling here at DoMA. It’s the harder approach, but we believe it’s the best way to represent Georgia and make a truly homegrown product we can share around the country.”
Warm cornbread, browned butter and a twist of orange peel rise from the glass. On the palate, toasted pecan and dark caramel give way to the lively spice of Abruzzi rye. The finish lingers with cocoa, charred oak and a last flicker of black pepper.
“It’s important to know that Bottled in Bond is not a tasting note. It’s a promise of authenticity. We’re very proud of this release and everything we have accomplished in the last four years,” said Matt Greif, head distiller at Distillery of Modern Art.
DoMA Bottled in Bond Bourbon is available beginning today at the distillery in Chamblee. It will be available in stores this month and online through our website in late November.
