The great Atlanta pollening is upon us! The best way to combat the omnipresent, yellow dust is to sip sweet and refreshing beverages. Here are some of the flavors we’re most excited about this Spring:

Ocean Eyes
There’s something captivating and distinctly warm-weather vibes associated with blue curacao, a vibrant orange-flavored liqueur we made in-house from dried orange peels. Despite its electric blue color, the flavor is bright, lightly sweet, and citrus-forward, similar to triple sec, but with a more playful visual appeal. We’ve added our Amaro Peach, pineapple, and lime to this instantly recognizable liquor for a cocktail that sips like a margarita despite looking quite different. Altogether, Ocean Eyes is a layered, grown-up tropical profile that’s both playful and complex, making each sip feel refreshing but still interesting enough to come back to.

Singapore Sling
We celebrate both classic flavors and progressive innovation at our bar, and this month, we’re leaning towards the former by adding the Singapore Sling to our menu! This vibrant, fruit-forward classic cocktail originated in the early 20th century at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Often described as a gin punch, our botanicals-forward, London-Dry style Nouveau Gin blends with citrus, cherry liqueur, and a touch of sweetness, to create a refreshing yet deceptively complex drink.

Pressure Drop
We love playing around with aged spirits as the season turns to warmer temperatures. Working with a Caribbean private event client, we developed a cocktail that utilizes sorrel, a spiced hibiscus drink customarily enjoyed at celebrations. We tried sorrel blended with a variety of DoMA spirits and landed on our Corn Whiskey Batch #3 as the optimal complement to the tanginess of the hibiscus. Served chilled over a large rock, Pressure Drop is an invigorating, bold, and festive cocktail that feels equally suited to casual, sunny afternoons or formal, celebratory gatherings.

Aspen Forest
Delicious sips are not reserved for cocktails only as we have a robust selection of non-alcoholic beverages available, too. We’re really enjoying Wilfred’s Orange and Rosemary non-alcoholic bitters right now and have created a spritz-style drink we’re calling Aspen Forest that also includes a sweet peach syrup, citrus from lemon, and a topper of club soda. The rosemary lifts the juicy peach and citrus into something refreshingly complex, while the bubbles keep it light, lively, and endlessly enjoyable.
Come to our bar in Chamblee (open Friday and Saturday from 5:00 - 10:30 PM and Sunday from 1:00 - 6:30 PM, find the current drink menu here) to enjoy these and other fresh Spring flavors!
