Corn Spirits!
– DoMA’s Corn Whiskey is distilled from 100% white corn and aged in a combination of ex-rye barrels and ex-bourbon barrels (used to age imperial stout and barley wine). Enjoy it neat or in cocktails.
– Doc Brown’s Whiskeys and Bourbon Creams are crafted with homegrown Georgia corn and distilled at DoMA. These products are available for bottle purchasing to be consumed off site.
– Our specialty cocktail for Maize & Mingle is the “Tiny Dancer” powered by DoMA’s Corn Whiskey Batch 2 and complemented by basil liqueur, cranberry, and fennel.

Corn foods!
We are thrilled to welcome Don Tamale and Chef Carla as our featured vendors. Come hungry and enjoy their tamales and corn cakes respectively.
Kids’ CORNer!
Minors are welcome at DoMA although we all know their drink menu is limited. But for this family friendly Maize & Mingle festival, we’re setting aside a special place in our Watson gallery for lil’ human corn play including corn shucking, arts and crafts, and more! Note childcare is not provided; please stay with your child(ren) at Kids’ CORNer.
We’re so grateful for Doc Brown’s support of this first ever Maize and Mingle. We look forward to celebrating corn with you on Sunday, October 6 from 11 AM – 5 PM!
