Atlanta Whiskey Distillery & Tastings at DoMA

At DoMA, whiskey starts with grain, oak, and time. We distill our bourbon and rye here in Chamblee from mash bills built around white corn and Abruzzi rye, then bottle both at 100 proof. The result is whiskey with enough structure for a cocktail and enough character to drink on its own.

Georgia whiskey, distilled in Chamblee

DoMA is a working distillery, contemporary art gallery, and tasting room just northeast of Atlanta. Every DoMA spirit is distilled here in Chamblee. White corn gives our whiskeys a generous foundation; Abruzzi rye brings aroma, spice, and structure.

DoMA Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our straight bourbon begins with a mash bill of 67% white corn, 21% Abruzzi rye, and 12% malted barley. It matures in new American oak barrels with a No. 3 char and is bottled at 100 proof. White corn leads with sweetness, Abruzzi rye adds spice, and malted barley brings the pieces together.

DoMA Rye Whiskey

Our rye whiskey is made from 70% Abruzzi rye, 15% white corn, and 15% malted barley. Aged in new American oak with a No. 3 char and bottled at 100 proof, Abruzzi rye leads the pour with aroma and spice, while white corn and malted barley keep it balanced.
