Malik Abdul Roberts is an Atlanta-based illustrator, cartoonist, animator, writer, film historian, scholar, and lecturer inspired by classic Hollywood, the Golden Age of animation, history, music, and storytelling. While studying traditional animation and art history at The Art Institute of Atlanta, he created The Westmiller Bros., an imaginative world shaped by history, philosophy, politics, and animated adventure.
Roberts’ work has appeared at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, Fernbank Museum of Natural History, the Pancakes & Booze Art Show, and exhibitions across Europe. His illustrations have been published by Eyedrum Periodically, while his lectures introduce new audiences to the history and artistry of cinema.
