This exhibition brings together 15 emerging artists alongside their mentor, visual artist Diana Toma, at the Watson Gallery at the Distillery of Modern Art, showcasing newly made paintings inspired by the Chamblee neighborhood. Under Diana’s guidance, participants have stepped outside the studio to observe the places and everyday scenes that make this community unique, then transformed those moments into original paintings. This unique exhibition will invite viewers to see Chamblee through the artists' eyes, while celebrating the creativity and distinct voices of each participating artist.
