Saturday, January 25, 6:00 - 9:00 PM

Popular in North Germany, Kohlfahrt literally means cabbage tour and generally includes loads of food and drink plus an outdoor stroll during the winter months. Starter: salad sampler of cucumber salad with cold-pressed flaxseed oil, beetroot salad, and homemade sauerkraut + slice of rye sourdough bread

Main: potato carrot sweet potato pancakes, vegan Knipp (North German sausage scramble), collard greens, mango applesauce + DoMA Cocktail

Dessert: Rote Grütze (mixed berry compote), vanilla sauce

Kohlfahrt 4-course food and 2 cocktails are $135/person. Limited seating available.
