Description
Nouveau Gin is DoMA's full-flavored interpretation of modern American gin. A French wheat base provides a clean canvas for nearly a dozen botanicals, herbs, spices, and fruits.
Botanical character
Coriander, juniper, orris root, and angelica root lead the aroma, rounded by lemon and orange peel. Citrus carries into the palate, where cassia cinnamon, Szechuan peppercorn, and chamomile add warmth and dimension.
