Tepache, a naturally fermented pineapple drink we make in house, adds a touch of tropical funk and subtle sweetness, while fresh ginger enhances the cocktail’s fiery kick. A dash of chili bitters ties everything together, layering in just the right amount of heat and depth.

This cocktail is a bright yet comforting winter delight, balancing crisp botanicals with warm, spiced sweetness. Nouveau Gin brings a fresh, aromatic base, with floral and citrus notes that shine through the cocktail’s rich layers. Fresh lemon juice adds a zesty brightness, cutting through the cozy warmth of honey-cinnamon syrup, which delivers both sweetness and a touch of spice. Ginger rounds out the profile with a subtle heat, adding depth and a refreshing kick. In this cocktail, DoMA’s Bourbon provides a smooth, sweet, and floral foundation with notes of spearmint and cherries. While fresh lime juice adds a zesty contrast, orange liqueur enhances the cocktail with a touch of sweetness and citrus depth, complementing the warm, spiced richness of cinnamon demerara syrup.
