Chamblee: A Few of Our Favorites

Fourteen miles from the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta lies a vibrant urban city with international feels and a whole lot of optimism! Since we’ve broken ground, we have been proud to call the City of Chamblee our home and embraced the opportunity to explore the community. With our opening just on the horizon, we’d like to share some of our favorite haunts and businesses that we will be joining in Chamblee!

Cøntrast Artisan Ales has been keeping Chamblee stocked with craft beers aplenty since 2018. Chase Medlin makes serious—and seriously delicious—beer in a variety of styles. No matter your preference, there is beer or seltzer that will suit your taste. The Pigeon Chess Dry-hopped Blonde is a crisp, easy drinking Blonde ale that has unusual depth of flavor for the style, and their Paradise Mélange 4.0 tropical sour brings the mouth-puckering deliciousness we just adore in sours. As the weather cools, we’ll be warming ourselves up with their richer and darker offerings, like the Mellifluous Belgian Tripel and the Dr. Yes BBA Imperial Porter, which is aged in Maker’s Mark and 1792 Bourbon barrels. These offerings showcase the brilliance and creativity Chase Medlin has put into his brewery. We love drinking these beers, and we’re only too happy to have them right around the corner to end our day. Contrast Artisan Ales.

Hopstix has made pairing beer and Asian cuisine the new normal! Founder and brewmaster Andy Tan combined his love for making Southeastern Asian foods with his dream to start his own brewing company. At Hopstix, every bite of their vibrant fusion dishes can be paired with an even better sip of their dynamic blend of beers. The Hopstix menu features everything from robata skewers to ramen, a raw bar, and tempura – to name a few. But, the flavor doesn’t stop there; the Hopstix brewery offers crisp freshness from the “Rise & Shine” Asian lager to The Darker Side of “Seven Seas.” To learn more about their unique menu, visit
